African Ministry
Non-Salaried, Volunteer African Director: Pastor Moses
E-Mail:
There
are now more than 2150 Sword of The Lord Clubs with more than 60,000
children involved in Africa. We now have Sword of The Lord Clubs
in fourteen African countries. Pastor Moses and the great
team of local sponsors and area coordinators are working hard to expand
the work each month. As these young people learn to apply the Word
of God in their lives, their lives will be changed and they will change
lives and destinies of thousands around them. Take a moment to
look at the testimony of Pastor Moses so you can understand better why
we are doing what we are doing in Africa and around the world with
children

The Sword of The Lord Club has begun there and the door is wide open. | Pastor Moses is helping to train more Christian teachers to begin Sword of The Lord Clubs in their churches and schools in Kibera. |

Here they are in a school in the Kibera slum. This picture is of the Kibera slum in Nairobi. Over one million people live in Kibera. Numerous Sword of The Lord Clubs are alive and well in Kibera and more are being started every month. The Lord is using His word to change many lives there.

This is a photo of the first Sword of The Lord Club rally in Kibera. This particular club of 40 students did a super job of declaring their memory verses. They even put music to some of them and some were dramatized by skits performed by the students.

A Club rally in Donholm. Here the students shared their memory verses with great excitement and the teachers and leaders of the various clubs in the area receive the new updated club curriculums.

At night the team showed the Passion of The Christ in Utawala, a town of 10,000 with no electricity. Hundreds came to see the film on a 14ft. screen while a Swahili interpreter narrated. The Massai people came in from the fields and many people received the Lord.

Pastor Moses, the director of our ministries in Africa, preaches the message of Jesus with power and fire during the night meetings. The anointing of the Holy Spirit is strong in his life to win Africa to the Lord.

" I have not been sober even one day in four years", this young man testified, "but I received Jesus as my Lord and Savior during one of the night meetings and I have been reading my Bible and meditating in prayer and writing songs to the Lord with no drugs or alcohol each day and night since then." This young man came to the Sunday service at All Nations church in Utawala and gave this testimony.

These are students at the Holy Unity School in Kibera. This classroom is very dark but the students are very bright. The Lord has given us the tools through the Sword of The Lord Club to win hundreds, thousands and perhaps millions of young people to Jesus in Africa and to train them to "Act and think according to the Word of God and not according to what I feel or think" (Club motto). The Club curriculum trains the sponsor to be a soul-winner and to win the students to Jesus and then to train them to be witnesses and soul-winners as well. The hand of the Lord is on this work and on all of the faithful people in Africa who are keeping their hands firmly on the plow.
