Local Ministry

Through music, drama, preaching, puppets, one-to-one witnessing and carrying the cross, the youth and adults of Old Path Mission seek to lead others to Jesus.

Brother Jim and the praise and worship team lead the Old Path Mission in praise and worship.  Our contemporary Christian music, wonderful old hymns and our own country  style make for a good time as we enjoy worshiping the Lord.

Our bus serves as a witness for the Lord as we go on outings and outreaches.

The Sword of the Lord Club meeting in Henrietta Tennessee at the Gibbs Trailer Park.  More than twenty members now, this club is making a difference in the lives of the members, their families and the community.  We meet each Wednesday evening for a quick meal, some great singing and then our Bible lesson and memory verses.  We are excited about this great club and what the Lord will do in the lives of the young people who are so faithful.

Here are Megan Doty, Kenny McClean and Tony Lampley.  These three dedicated young people were the first three to get their official Sword of the Lord Club T-shirts.  To get your T-shirt you have to attend four meetings in a row and memorize the books of the New Testament successfully.  Congratulations to Megan, Kenny and Tony and thank you for your faithfulness each week.

Our Sword of The Lord Club kids and helpers were involved in the Christmas parade here in our town.  We distributed 1500 gospel tracts and sang "Lord I Lift Your Name on High" with the hand motions many times for all of the folks gathered for the parade.

After the children truly receive Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, they follow Him in believers baptism and start their walk with the Lord.
